What areas do you service?
Ardmore to Athens to Madison and everywhere in between, both sides of the Tennessee-Alabama line. On the Alabama side that’s Athens, Elkmont, Lester, Harvest, Hazel Green, Toney, Madison, and Ardmore, plus all of Limestone County. On the Tennessee side it’s Ardmore, Dellrose, Elkton, and Taft. Who runs GrassWhoopin'?
Kevin runs the show. One mission — whoop every yard like it’s our own. No franchise, no call center, no mystery person showing up. You contact us, we show up, we whoop your grass. Every time.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes and yes. Licensed and insured, and we take that seriously so you don’t have to think about it. If something goes sideways on your property because of us, we make it right — that’s what the policy is for. No shortcuts on the business side — just on the grass.
What happens if it rains on my mow day?
We reschedule. Mowing wet grass is bad for the lawn and makes a mess. If your day gets rained out, we’ll bump to the next dry window — usually the next day or two. You’ll get a heads-up text so you’re never guessing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. No contracts, no commitments, no fine print. You enlist when you’re ready, you discharge whenever you want. We keep recruits by doing good work, not by locking people in.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or crypto — whatever’s easiest for you. Got a card? Pay straight from your Recruit Portal, Apple Pay and Google Pay included. Payment is due after each visit, or we can set up a monthly arrangement. Simple as it gets.
What's included in a mowing?
Mow, edge, blow. The whole yard gets cut, all the hard edges get trimmed, and we blow off the driveway, sidewalks, and porch before we roll out. You come home to a yard that looks like it got whooped — because it did.
Do you do bushes and hedges?
Sure do. Trimming, shaping, cleanup — the works. Most recruits bundle it with their regular mowing, but we’ll do it as a standalone visit too. If it’s green and overgrown, we’ll get it squared away.
Can you handle a yard that's gotten out of control?
That’s our favorite kind. No judgment — life happens and grass doesn’t wait. We’ll come in, knock it down, clean it up, and get you on a regular schedule so it doesn’t get away from you again.
Can I skip a week?
Text Kevin or drop a message in your Recruit Portal before your scheduled day and we’ll skip it. No fees, no drama. Fair warning though — skipping weeks in peak growing season means the next mowing is gonna be a battle. Grass doesn’t take days off.
